Terms built for the launch surface that exists now.

These terms cover use of the Pincushion marketing site, browser extension, MCP tooling, and paid subscriptions. They are written to match the current product behavior, billing model, and support policy.

1. Agreement and scope

By using Pincushion, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. These terms apply to the public website, install flows, the Chrome extension, the MCP server, and related support channels operated under the Pincushion brand.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for information you provide through the site, extension, and support channels. You are also responsible for protecting access to any IDE, project, or email account you use with Pincushion.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • Free includes one project with no usage caps on pins, comments, or MCP usage.
  • Pro is $19 per month or $15 per month billed annually.
  • Team is $49 per month or $39 per month billed annually and includes 3 developer seats. Additional seats are $12 per seat per month.
  • Stakeholders and commenters are always free.
  • You may cancel any paid plan at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
  • Pincushion does not advertise or guarantee prorated refunds or a money-back period.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Pincushion to violate the law, harm others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious content. You are also responsible for complying with the policies of any browser, IDE, or platform where you install or run Pincushion.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of the feedback, comments, project URLs, and related content you submit. You grant Pincushion the limited rights needed to host, sync, transmit, and display that content in order to operate the service and support your team workflows.

6. Service availability

Pincushion may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. Features described on the site reflect the product surface available at launch. Browser support, IDE integrations, and billing flows may evolve after release.

7. Warranty disclaimer and liability limits

Pincushion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pincushion disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
