Pro and Team are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars, starting the day you subscribe. Yearly plans are paid up front and save about 20%: Pro is $180 a year, Team is $468 a year, Agency is $948 a year, and extra Team or Agency seats are $120 a year each.
Developers connect AI coding tools, claim pins and ship the changes. Pro includes 1 developer seat. Team includes 3 and Agency includes 5, and on either you can add more for $12 a month each ($10 a month billed yearly).
Reviewers and commenters (clients, teammates, stakeholders) pin and comment for free, with no limit.
Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro automatically, with no card. After that you stay on Free unless you upgrade.
Anything Pincushion's AI does for you: an AI reply, the pins in an AI crit, sending a pin to your AI coding tool, or a post-deploy check. Your own pins, comments and manual work never count.
Free includes 25 a month. When they run out, AI actions pause until next month and you'll be offered a or an upgrade. Manual pins and the MCP loop keep working.
You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is deleted when you move to Free.
Coming soon: on Free you'll choose 1 active project, and your other projects will become read-only. Their pins will stay viewable, but they'll take no new pins and no agent access until you upgrade again.
Team is for a product team working on its own sites. Agency is for studios doing client work: white-label crit reports with your logo, internal threads and private labels your clients never see, CSV and PDF evidence exports, and client-review activity, with 5 developer seats.
